Each year, we travel throughout the country to equip teachers, school administrators, pastors, and church volunteers to include students and adults at all levels of ability and disability into the life of their schools and churches.  We invite you to listen in on a presentation or stop by our exhibit booth at one of the events below!

October 1: Autism Inclusion Seminar (Franklin/ Oil City, PA)

Barbara J. Newman will be speaking on behavior management strategies in an educational setting (Sunday school, youth, etc.). She will also share insight on how to include adults living with autism spectrum disorder into the life of the church.

 

October 2-3: Autism Inclusion Seminar (Bridgeville, PA)

Similar to the day before, Barbara J. Newman will be speaking on behavior management strategies in an educational setting and including adults living with autism spectrum disorder into the life of the church. She will also share tools for including individuals with a variety of abilities in churches.

Barbara J. Newman will be presenting on “Growing in Faith through Worship: Celebrating and Nurturing Differing Abilities in the Church”.

 

November 19-20: Strengthening Christian Schools conference (Elmhurst, IL)

Phil Stegink will be co-presenting on restorative practices in Christian schools.

 

November 21: Inclusive Worship Symposium (Palos Heights, IL)

This full day conference, hosted by All Belong, Joni and Friends Chicago, and the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship, will feature keynote presentations by Barbara J. Newman (All Belong) and Karen Roberts (Joni and Friends Chicago) along with workshops to equip pastors and worship leaders to create an inclusive worship environment in their church.
