Membership with All Belong means your school doesn't have to figure out inclusive education on its own. We come alongside you with resources, relationships, and support designed to meet your school where it is and grow with you over time.
We offer two membership levels, each built around the kind of partnership that fits your school's current needs and capacity. Both are rooted in the same commitment: every student with a disability is known, needed, and experiences belonging in your school.

Membership Levels
For schools ready to build a foundation for inclusive education with flexible, self-guided resources and virtual support.
The Engage Membership gives your school access to the tools, training, and community you need to grow in inclusive practice at your own pace. Here's what's included:
- Access to the Member Center: A members-only resource library with more than 150 tools, including accommodation tips, modification ideas, training materials, digital forms, and resources for building a common language around belonging across your school.
- Virtual Professional Development: Live online workshops on topics such as autism spectrum disorder, compassion fatigue, and student engagement, giving your staff practical strategies they can use right away.
- Exclusive Training Events: Access to in-person conferences including Head and Heart, Restorative Practices, and the Paraeducator Bootcamp, available exclusively to member schools.
- Virtual Cohort Learning: Regular online sessions with a community of support services leaders from other member schools, sharing what's working and thinking through challenges together.
- Emergency Support: Access to consultation when an urgent need arises. Additional fees may apply.
Cost: $8,000 per year. Many schools use Title II funding to offset this cost, and we're glad to help you think through that process.
For schools seeking deeper partnership, including on-site support tailored to your school's specific students, staff, and context.
The Customized Full Membership includes everything in the Engage Membership, plus the option to add personalized, on-the-ground support from our team. We work closely with your school to understand what's needed and build a plan around it.
Available add-on services include:
- Teacher Consulting: On-site and virtual support for classroom teachers and support staff, helping them respond well to individual students and build inclusive practices into their everyday work.
- School Psychologists: Student evaluations that help your school better understand a student's learning and social-emotional profile, with clear recommendations for how to support them well.
- School Social Workers and Counselors: Direct support for students' social, emotional, and behavioral health, provided by professionals who work as part of your school's team.
- Administrative Consulting: Guidance on inclusive education structure, finances, and organizing your Educational Support Services staff, as well as support toward accreditation goals.
- In-Person Professional Development: Customized Full Members can attend professional development sessions in person at our offices in West Michigan, in addition to virtual access.
- On-Site Professional Development: We can bring professional development directly to your school, tailored to the specific needs of your staff and students.
Cost: Customized packages range from $10,000 to $30,000 annually, depending on the services your school needs. We'll work with you to build an agreement that fits your budget. Many schools use Title II funding to help cover the cost, and we can help you navigate those options.
