When you join All Belong as a member, your school gains access to resources and services that foster inclusive, Christ-centered education. We offer two levels of membership to support schools in creating a culture of belonging: Engage Membership, which provides support for schools ready to take ownership of their inclusive practices, and Customized Full Membership for those seeking additional on-site expertise.
Membership Levels
Ideal for schools seeking access to flexible, self-guided resources to create a culture of belonging and accelerate student success.
Engage Membership provides your school with essential resources and professional development, empowering schools to take ownership of inclusive practices by accessing and implementing them independently. Here’s what’s included:
- Access to the Member Center: A members-only website with comprehensive resources like accommodation tips, modification ideas, training materials, digital forms, and tools to create a common language around belonging.
- Virtual Professional Development: Participate in live online workshops on topics such as Autism, Compassion Fatigue, and Student Engagement so your staff can effectively support every student's unique needs.
- Exclusive Training Events: Access in-person conferences like our foundational Head and Heart, Restorative Practices, and Paraeducator Bootcamp conferences, available exclusively to members.
- Virtual Cohort Learning: Participate in regular online sessions with a community of support services leaders, sharing challenges and best practices.
- Emergency Support: Access emergency consultation as needed (additional fees may apply).
Cost: $8,000 per year. Many schools use Title II funding to cover the cost. We can assist with these applications.
Best for schools seeking comprehensive support, including on-site services.
The Customized Full Membership offers more hands-on support tailored to your school’s specific needs. We work closely with your school to create a customized inclusive education plan and help with its implementation. In addition to everything included in the Engage Membership, your school can choose to receive personalized, on-the-ground services such as:
- Teacher Consulting: Our consultants provide on-site and/or virtual support, helping classroom teachers and support services staff with proactive and responsive challenges in the classroom. This includes the development of support plans for individual students.
- School Psychologists: Our school psychologists conduct student evaluations to better understand a student’s learning and social-emotional profile.
- School Social Workers/Counselors: Our social workers/counselors provide direct services to students at your school, supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral health.
- Administrative Consulting: We can provide guidance on inclusive education matters, finances, and structure for organizing Educational Support Staff (ESS), as well as help reaching educational support goals for accreditation.
- In-Person Professional Development: As an added benefit of the Customized Full Membership, members can attend our professional development sessions in-person at our main offices in West Michigan, rather than only accessing them virtually.
- On-Site Professional Development: Our experts can visit your school to deliver professional development sessions, providing targeted training and support to meet the specific needs of your staff.
Cost: Customized packages range from $10,000 to $30,000 annually, depending on the services needed. We will work with your school to design a contract that fits your budget. Many schools use Title II funding to cover the cost, and we can help you navigate these funding options.
