Director of Advancement
All Belong seeks a Director of Advancement to lead and implement fundraising strategies that support inclusive Christian education for students of all abilities. All Belong envisions a world where every student with a disability is known, needed, and experiences belonging in their Christ-centered school. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to Christian faith and a passion for advancing our mission through building relationships with donors, managing grants, and leading planned giving efforts. This full-time position is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Executive Director and collaborating with our leadership team.
