At All Belong, we partner with Christ-centered schools to build communities where every student with a disability is known, needed, and experiences belonging. We believe every child is uniquely created by God, and we come alongside schools to help them see, understand, and support each student well.
From student assessments and teacher consulting to professional development and a full resource library, our services are designed to meet your school where it is and grow with you over time. Explore what's available below.
Our Core Services
These services are offered exclusively to member schools and vary based on membership level.
The Member Center is your school's home base for inclusive education resources, available anytime you need it.
- Resource Library: Access more than 150 resources, including current research, best practices, and practical tools developed through decades of work in Christian inclusive education.
- Forms and Templates: Find forms, lesson plans, workbooks, and templates for assessments, accommodations, and modifications.
- Step-by-Step Guides: Use detailed guides to support the implementation of inclusive practices in your school's specific context.
We bring together educators, administrators, and support staff for collaborative learning that's grounded in both research and relationship.
- Head and Heart: The Basis of School Success: This two-day conference offers a deep look at our Head and Heart framework, which helps educators understand each student's strengths and needs and respond in ways that support real growth.
- Restorative Practices: This two-day conference provides practical tools for building restorative, Christ-centered school communities, with a focus on community building and navigating conflict well.
- Paraeducator Bootcamp: An interactive training that equips paraeducators with skills to support diverse learners, respond to individual needs, and contribute to inclusive school environments.
These conferences are foundational for member schools. Participants leave with practical tools, shared language with colleagues, and a clearer sense of the next faithful steps for their school.
Our professional development offerings are flexible, practical, and available throughout the year as part of your membership.
- (Re)Orient Sessions: Help your team get the most out of your membership with an overview of All Belong's services, tools, and best practices.
- Connect & Collaborate: Virtual sessions for guided discussion on inclusive practices, where educators can share what they're learning and grow alongside peers from other schools.
- Focus Workshops: Half-day workshops on specific topics, including classroom collaboration, sensory regulation, and supporting students with autism spectrum disorder.
- Zoom Trainings: Shorter sessions on targeted practices, such as building Student Success Teams and understanding and responding to challenging behaviors.
All of these are included in your membership, so your staff can keep learning and growing without additional cost.
Our individualized student assessments help schools and families better understand a student's strengths and needs, so they can respond in ways that are specific and supportive.
- School Evaluations: Comprehensive assessments arranged through member schools, resulting in an Individual Student Plan with clear, actionable recommendations for staff and families.
- Private Evaluations: For families seeking a fuller picture of their child's learning profile. These include a thorough written report and a debriefing session to walk through the findings together. Contact us to schedule.
- Distance Consultations: Flexible video consultations to discuss a student's strengths and needs and explore what kinds of support might help, without requiring an in-person visit.
Teacher Consulting is an optional add-on with a Customized Full Membership, offering direct, practical support for classroom staff.
- In-Person Visits: Classroom observations, hands-on coaching, and personalized guidance for your teachers and support staff.
- Virtual Support: Ongoing consultation to address questions and challenges as they come up throughout the school year.
- Professional Guidance: Resources and recommendations on accommodations, teaching strategies, and other aspects of building an inclusive classroom.
Teachers who work with our consultants often tell us the support changes not just how they approach one student, but how they see the whole class.
Our school psychologists and social workers provide direct support to students, working closely alongside your school staff.
- School Psychologists: Conduct student evaluations and collaborate with teachers to develop strategies tailored to each student's learning profile.
- School Social Workers: Provide direct support for students' emotional and behavioral well-being, helping each student feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Our professionals work as part of your school's team, not apart from it.
In addition to everything above, we offer customized on-site professional development tailored to your school's specific needs and context. Whether you're working on inclusive classroom management, building understanding of specific disabilities, or strengthening social-emotional development across your staff, we can bring that support directly to you.
