Tim Paauw is the Director of Advancement at All Belong, where he leverages his 20+ years of experience as a school educator and leader in faith-based All Belong partner schools across West Michigan. With a deep commitment to advocating for inclusion and fostering belonging, Tim excels in building meaningful relationships within school communities.

As a father of two nonverbal autistic sons, Tim brings a unique, personal perspective to his work, understanding firsthand the profound impact of inclusive practices. His children’s experiences of inclusion and belonging in their school communities, made possible through All Belong’s support, continue to inspire his dedication to this mission.
