Please note that your sponsorship is completely tax deductible because there is no cost to attend the dinner. Once you submit this sponsorship form, you'll receive an email with instructions to register for complimentary tickets to the dinner.

To be included in the printed program, sponsorships must be received by September 11, 2026.

If you'd like to sponsor but your payment will not arrive by September 11, please email Jamie by that date with your sponsorship level and the name exactly as you would like it to appear in our printed materials.

$10,000 – Program Sponsor (signage at event, prominent recognition in event program and digital media)

$5,000 – Dinner Sponsor (signage at event, recognition in event program and digital media)

$2,500 – Reception Sponsor (signage at event, recognition in event program and digital media)

$1,000 – Platinum Sponsor (recognition in event program and digital media)
