You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll walk with you through the process!
What Being a Host Means:
- Invite guests to join you at your table (up to 10)
- There is no cost to attend or host
- You do not need to fill your table-we will ensure every table is complete
- We will support you every step of the way
- Jamie will handle logistics and follow-up

Once you confirm your role as a table host, Jamie will:
- Send you everything you need
- Provide simple invitation language
- Check-in as the event approaches
- Help track registrations and seating
You can be as involved or hands-off as you’d like
Inviting Your Guests
While you may start at any time, the best time to invite your guests is 6-8 weeks before the event, which is between August 3 and 17.
You will receive an email on August 3 with a digital invitation and the information above.

FAQ
Do I have to fill my table?
While you are encouraged to invite as many people as you can, if you are unable to fill all 10 seats, we will make sure every table is complete.
How can the dinner be free?
The dinner is fully underwritten by generous sponsors. It is helpful if you stay in close communication with Jamie about your guest count so we can purchase the right meals and ensure every guest is welcomed. If you are interested in learning more about sponsorship opportunities, click here.
How do guests register?
We want to make this simple for you and your guests. You are welcome to send Jamie names and meal choices as you receive them (no need to wait for a full list), or guests may register themselves using the online form. Guests can also mail in a physical invitation. Please let Jamie know if you’d like some invitations sent to you.
Interested in Sponsoring?
In past years, our table hosts purchased tables. No payment is necessary this year, but if you’d still like to help us cover the costs of the event by becoming a sponsor, we have many levels to choose from, starting at $250.
